Is it possible for people who claim to be genuine and honest to actually not be? If so, why do they behave this way?

I dont always take into consideration a lot of cockblocking minor details that become big.
For example… 🥴💁♀️ I am an insomniac. However I CAN sleep and am able to sleep… but only for 4 hours at the most and its not every day.
Is there a possibility that we are living in a simulation and that there is a concept of rebirth?
